where I can get a pack of that .hack card game??
Ah, finally, someone else heard of this ^^
I've been collecting the TC/CCG packs since last September or so. They're really fun! Basically, in each pack, you get trading cards from .hack//SIGN and then a bunch of CCG cards (Collectable Card Games, for those unaware) for the 'The World' CCG. Each little pack has a rule book for the game, which has not been translated yet. Unless someone else is up for the task, I may with with Tsukasa to translate them and post them online (however, our first priority is the FF:U CCG)
As for the Trading Cards, each pack also comes with a 'foil' type card. Mostly, it's a non-animated illustration, like those seen on posters or other promotions, with a little foil bottom that is actually a gold hologram o.O It's very cool ^^ I've only gotten Tsukasa ones so far, though my friend got a Mimiru. I'm, obviously, looking for a Sora sometime.
They also have cards for the opening and closing sequences, as well as character information cards (with character design art) and other things.
Sadly, most of my cards were lost in the unfortunate move from my dorm room, so I don't have them with me right now. I have two packs worth. Hrm.
But as for the original question of where to get them, your best (And, at this point, only) bet is to find them at a Dealer's room at some anime convention. Some import websites may carry them, I haven't checked yet.
